Their different characterizations have led to the definition of a solid operating partnership, which simultaneously enjoys the technical know-how resulting from consulting and training in any kind of organizations – IDRA – and resulting from the construction, supply and customization of systems fall arrest systems and loads lifting / clamping systems – Spanset.
The design of the training paths was realized using a modular approach, in which the participant is at the center of the training process through a series of targeted actions of both theoretical and practical type, using advanced methodologies for the development of direct competences and soft skills.
