IDRA Srl provides two models of documents, with a customization for its customer, that can deliver the certification of the Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001) and the implementation of an effective Organizational and Management Model.
The documents available are:
- Organization and Management Model of Security: there are two specific models to choose, depending on the dimension of the company and the type of activity.
- Organization and Management Model of Security for SMEs (small version), derived from the experience gained in the implementation of this operative instrument in large companies (even MNCs) and specifically adapted to support the implementation of the Small and Medium Enterprises;
- Organization and Management Model of Security (full version), suitable for deployment in large companies and highly structured.
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007), derived from multiple implementations in companies of all industries and accompanied by an operational guide that shows the steps needed for customization and implementation of the system in their company.
All models are processed in MS WORD, MS EXCEL and MS ACCESS and are provided to the customer in order to be fully editable.
IDRA -STUDIO
IDRA Srl also offers to its customers a true Information System HSE and HR , called Idra-Studio . The Idra-Studio software was developed by a multidisciplinary work team completely internal to IDRA Srl in order to simplify the technical management and “bureaucratic” relating to obligations and activities in the field of safety, environment, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and human resources. The software is structured in 4 independent modules, but interfaced between them and thus able to share data and actions both in the form of analysis of that report. - Module 1 . – Health, safety and hygiene at work, Environment and Occupational Medicine;
- Module 2. – Management certification scheme assets and ISO 14001:2004;
- Module 3. – Management certification scheme assets and OHSAS 18001:2007;
- Module 4. – Management of Education and Human Resources (HR Management).
Idra -Studio through its database and dynamic links allows the user to get the full picture of the business situation in the four areas identified above, automatically managing:
- deadlines;
- acts of authorization ;
- document of risk assessment for work areas and tasks;
- prevention and protection measures taken and to be taken;
- Machinery/equipment analysis, PPE and chemicals products in use (connected to the work areas and tasks that employ);
- activities (improvement plan);
- planning;
- performance indicators;
- the management reviews;
- corrective actions.
The software was created in order to provide operational support to companies, who often find themselves in situations of enpassefacing documents and complicated procedures that are not feasible without an adequate information system, especially if they have been implemented management systems safety/environment that require the execution of a number of activities assigned to more than one subject. The product can be installed in single-user license or multi installation on local PCs or servers.
